We have a 10 day return/exchange policy from your delivery date on Unworn/Un-used merchandise. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Necklaces, bracelets, earrings, including incense/sage and stones.

If you would like to return an eligible item simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once you are approved, then an exchange or store credit will be applied to your account. A merchandise credit will be issued for returns however monetary refunds will not be issued. You may also exchange it for any item(s) on our website of equal value. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be returned with original tags attached, unworn/un-used, not damaged, and in its original packaging. Returned items must be accompanied by original receipt. Any special orders are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange of any kind.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be returned, again unfortunately sale items cannot be returned and are final sale.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
